the onion, France and it Dutch cheese for shallot.

OUR SOIL: THE LOMAGNE

It is located at crossroads between Midi the Pyrenees and Aquitaine.

It is historically the country of garlic where the producers profit from a knowledge to make incomparable.

Our grounds argilo-limestones confer on our products the quality which one knows. Bulbs massive, very covered, of colouring perfectly white for garlic or perfectly coppered for shallots and onions.

OUR SOIL: COUNTRY OF LAUTREC

With the extreme EAST of Lomagne; it is the country of pink garlic .

The surface of production is centered around Lautrec, with the c?ur department of the Tarn. Garlic finds there the grounds argilo-limestones that it affectionne and the climate soft, under double oceanic and Mediterranean influence, favorable to its development.
